Every three years NCC develop a Long Term Plan for our City. The Plan covers the next 10 years (with more detail for the first three), describes the issues facing our city, what Council is aiming to achieve, how much it will cost , and how it will be paid for. Let NCC know what you think about the key issues they’ve outlined in this consultation document and your preferred options for dealing with them.
